My colleagues and I examined changes over time in emotion recogniti ... on in English speaking countries across different age groups. To do so, we used a cross-temporal meta-analysis (CTMA) to track scores on the Reading the Mind in the Eyes Test (RMET), a measure of emotion recognition ability (Baron-Cohen et al., 2001).
