This is a culmination of my academic career as an IU student. It shows my progress through college and my goals to pursue a career in Human Resources.

Haley Jessee, Dylan Thomas, Maynard Dickison, and Ayodeji Adejayan Camp Watcha Wanna Do (CWWD) is a small nonprofit organization based in northeast Indiana that provides adolescent cancer survivors with an o ... pportunity to come together and celebrate life. The organization does this by offering a week-long camp filled with fun and excitement at a nearby campground. However, CWWD currently faces several internal challenges, including a lack of strategic direction, difficulty in maintaining consistent donor support, and a shortage of volunteers. These issues limit the organization’s capacity to grow and continue serving the community effectively. Read more

The business we decided to team up w ... ith is the Nine Lives Cat Café. This café is known to be a relaxing spot for anyone to enjoy a nice beverage and the presence of cats. The problem the café has, however, is that business is much slower during the weekdays. Because the business is so close to campus and loved by many members of our team, we have made it our goal to help the café find ways to increase cat and coffee traffic from university students. As part of the ENG-W 231 course, my group was able to conduct primary and secondary research to address the café's problem of low cat and coffee traffic during the weekdays. We were able to offer potential solutions by focusing on aspects such as soc ... s social media, accessibility, and price. We hope that our recommendations may help the café grow and allow more people to enjoy spending time at the café. Read more

This report addresses the need for Churches in Mission, a non-profit organization, to improve its marketing efforts and increase community outreach. The organi ... zation, which has been serving the community since 1987, faces a 27% increase in demand for its services while receiving fewer donations and struggling with rising costs. Churches in Mission aims to break the cycle of poverty and foster financial independence in Morgan County, yet it faces challenges in maintaining its operations without increasing staff or relying on financial grants. The goal of this project is to propose effective marketing strategies that can help Churches in Mission better serve the community and sustain its growth. Read more
